Dr. Baldacchino is the Director of the only ICANL (Intersocietal Commission for the Accreditation of Nuclear Medicine Labs) and has a special interest in Stress Echocardiography. Dr. DeMaio is involved in coronary and peripheral vascular interventional research. He sits on the Medical Advisory Board of Cordis, Johnson & Johnson, Medtronic, and Boston Scientific. He previously served as Assistant Editor of the American Journal of Cardiology. In addition, he is involved in various interventional cardiology studies. He has a special interest in healthcare law and is a graduate of Southern Methodist University School of Law in Dallas. Dr. DeMaio is married with two children.
