I have lived in Mesilla Park New Mexico and the surrounding area most of my life except when I lived in Portland Oregon for 2 years from 1990-1992 where I got my fill of rain and would rather be warm and dry, and moved back home to southern N.M. I was a critical care RN for 12 years working primarily in ICU/CCU settings for most of the 12 years, working with post open heart patients and post cardiac cath patients, I worked one year early on in a cath lab as well. Prior to going to nursing school I was an EMT Intermediate working for a local ambulance service. I have worked in both Cardiology and Emergency Departments as a Physician Assistant, and Cardiology is my favorite part of Medicine. My hobbies include my 4 piece band in which I play the drums and have a small recording studio and practice room at my house in Mesilla Park New Mexico. We play a mix of southern country and 80’s rock and roll. We throw in new rock as well but overall I’m stuck in the 80’s as far as music goes but not disco!
